The 2015 to 2020 F150 body style was introduced in 2015. The new style grill and headlights made removing the headlight more of a chore and this is also the first year that factory LED headlights were available. There was also the option for factory LED tail lights on this truck so keep that in mind when doing an upgrade that you need to select the proper version of tail lights to work with the factory wiring and blind spot sensor system that came along with the LED tail light option. Mirror and third brake light upgrades are also available for this body style and a few of the lighting components are shared with the 2017 Ford F250 / F3500 Superduty models. There were lighting changes in 2018 to 2020 models that required different Headlight and Taillights from the 2015-17 model years.
