2002 to 2008 Dodge Ram Custom Lights

Dodge released a new version of the Ram 1500 as a 2002 model and in 2003 for the Ram 2500/3500 series. There was a front end sheet metal and lighting change for all series in 2006 which uses a different grill and headlights from the 2002 to 2005 models. This body style carried though ending in 2008 for the 1500 series and 2009 for the 2500/3500 Ram models. Of note is the fact that Dodge did a minor change to the tail light mounts starting with the 2006 Mega cab models and then rolling over onto all the Ram Trucks for 2007 and 2008 (and 2009 on the heavy duty Ram trucks) Although the taillights look the same the stud that holds them in place is different meaning a different tail light is required. You can swap out the studs from the taillight on different years if you are in a bind and don't mind a little extra work
